Our diverse expertise spans Early Childhood Intervention, Support Worker Services, Housing, Mental Health, Aged Care & Health, Employment, and Support Coordination. Our mission is to help support you in achieving your goals by providing practical, personalized services.

Once we understand your destination and the steps required to get there, your PSG crew member will help you identify the necessary services, both formal and informal. These services will form your personalized support network, with each member playing a vital role in helping you reach your goals.
Prepare for Takeoff
With a chosen team of supporters and a clear path to your first destination, your PSG crew member will regularly check in with you and your support network throughout your journey. They will ensure everything remains aligned with your needs and help you make any necessary adjustments.
Review and Plan the Next Trip
Your PSG crew member will help you reflect on your experiences to ensure you achieve your intended goals. If adjustments are needed, we will assist you in creating a new plan or destination, which may involve requesting changes in your funding, altering your providers, or simplifying your goals.
