Propel Support Group (PSG) is an NDIS-registered provider offering Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Positive Behaviour Support services to help individuals achieve their goals and navigate their NDIS journey.
We provide services across the Perth metropolitan area, extend to regional and remote communities across Western Australia, and also support participants interstate. Backed by a team with over 20 years of combined experience across the disability and human services sectors, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every participant we support, with experience in Early Childhood Intervention, justice, housing, mental health, health and hospital settings, aged care, employment, and support worker services.
We understand that everyone’s journey looks different. Some people come to us with an NDIS plan in place, while others are just beginning to explore what support might look like. Through our EMM Program, our team provides guidance to individuals, families and carers, helping them understand their options and take the next steps with confidence.

Plan Your Trip
Your goals might include moving out of home, gaining employment, building social connections, improving communication skills, or developing everyday living skills. Whatever your goals, your PSG crew member will work with you to understand what matters to you, identify any barriers, and break these into manageable steps to support you in achieving them.
Plan Your Path
Once we understand your destination and the steps required to get there, your PSG crew member will help you identify the supports you need, both formal and informal. These supports will form your personalised network, with each playing a role in helping you reach your goals.
Prepare for Takeoff
With the right supports in place and a clear path forward, your PSG crew member will regularly check in with you and your support network. They will ensure everything remains aligned with your needs and help make any necessary adjustments along the way.
Review and Plan the Next Trip
Your PSG crew member will support you to reflect on your progress and outcomes, ensuring you are working towards your goals. If adjustments are needed, we will assist you in refining your plan or setting new goals, which may include changes to your supports, providers, or overall approach.
