Our Crew

Rachel holds a Certificate IV in Disability Services and has worked in the disability sector since 2012. She began as a support worker, became a team leader in 2018, and moved into a service coordinator role in 2019. In 2025, she stepped into support coordination.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys beach walks, spending time with her family, baking, and shopping.

Fun Fact: Rachel is Christmas crazy—her tree usually goes up on the 1st of November (if not earlier), and the carols start playing too!
