Propel Support Group (PSG) has a team with over 20 years of experience working with individuals in their homes and communities, with a diverse range of skills from Early Childhood Intervention, Support Worker Services, Housing, Mental Health, Aged Care & Health, Employment and Support Coordination.
Our goal is you achieving your goals. We do this by providing a practical, individualised service that is focused on you and what you require in life to reach your goals.
We work with you
plan your trip – where do you want to be in life?
Your goals may be to move out of home, become employed, make new friends, learn how to communicate better, increase your skills in cooking… Whatever your goals are, your PSG crew member will work with you to break down these goals into simple steps and support you in achieving these.
Plan your path – who and what do you need for your journey?
Once we know where you want to go and what smaller steps need to be taken to get there, your PSG crew member will support you in finding services (formal and informal). These services will form your own stakeholder group. Every member of your stakeholder group will have a role with you, working toward your goals.
Prepare you for takeoff.
Once you have a team of people that you have chosen to share your journey with and you are on your way to your first destination. Your PSG crew member will check in with you and your supports regularly throughout your journey, ensuring that everything is still how you need it to be. They will support you in making changes if needed.
Preview what you liked or didn’t like so much and start planning the next trip.
Your PSG crew member will work with you to ensure that you are achieving what you set out too, or if you were not able to, we will help you with a new flight path or destination. We may do this by requesting a change in your funding, changes to your providers or simplifying your goals.

The PSG team is small but strong, comprised of experienced personnel from all areas of the human services industry.
We service the entire Perth Metropolitan area and will consider regional & remote work on a case-by-case basis. We currently work with Plan or Self-Managed Participants but will be increasing this to NDIA Managed in the near future.
Our current Support Coordination availability is filling up fast; however, we will be looking to expand our team of skilled professionals in the near future. If you are interested in accessing our Support Coordination services or are interested in joining the PSG Team, please get in touch with us.
