Our Crew

Emily brings 18 years of experience in the disability sector, having worked across a variety of roles throughout her career. She has a strong background in community engagement, including running recreational camps for children with disabilities and respite camps for their siblings. As an operations manager for a not-for-profit organisation, Emily has demonstrated leadership and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families.

She holds a Diploma in Community Development and has studied Special Needs and Early Childhood Education at university. Outside of work, Emily enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her three sons. Her active family loves the outdoors and can often be found at the beach, on bush walks, or out camping together.

Fun Fact: Although she doesn’t enjoy sports, Emily finds herself at a football, basketball or cricket training or game almost every day of the week!
