Kirra’s journey to supporting people with disabilities had an interesting start with an Advanced Diploma in Applied Fashion Design and Technology. This led her to spend 5 years designing neurological postural and body splints for individuals with neuro-spinal conditions and pelvic asymmetry. Transitioning into the human services industry, Kirra spent another 5 years as a support worker, both in facilities and the community. Here, she worked closely with clients to achieve their NDIS goals, specializing in supporting those with high care needs and challenging behaviours.

Outside of work, Kirra finds joy in yoga, cooking, singing, and theatre performance. She also enjoys designing her own clothing and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.
