Lee-Ann Fowler
Support CoordinatorWith extensive experience in executive administration, relationship management, team leadership, and customer service, Lee-Ann has built a career focused on supporting people, driving efficiency, and fostering meaningful connections. Her background spans early childhood intervention, research administration, FIFO site operations, and emergency services, offering her a well-rounded perspective on leadership and community impact.
In her role as Regional Support for the Early Childhood Approach, Lee-Ann worked closely with families to provide tailored support for children with developmental delays or disabilities, ensuring they received the best possible early intervention. Previously, as a Research Administrator, she supported leadership teams, scientists, and researchers, streamlining operations and managing special projects. Lee-Ann has also held leadership roles as a Senior Site Administration Officer in FIFO settings and as a Team Leader for St John Ambulance and RAC WA, where she excelled in high-pressure environments that required strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Lee-Ann is deeply passionate about inclusion, diversity, and community service, and strives to create positive change for individuals and families. She is currently studying a Certificate IV in Occupational Therapy, complementing her Diploma in Business and Human Resources.
Outside of work, Lee-Ann enjoys reading, gardening, spending time in nature, drumming, and listening to podcasts. She especially loves being with her family and her French bulldog, Frankie. Lee-Ann is driven by a passion for helping others, bringing warmth, energy, and thoughtful support to everything she does.
