Our Crew

Rachael has worked in the public and community sector for 17 years, starting at just 17 years old. Her experience spans aged care, disability, and broader community services. She brings a grounded and practical approach to her work, shaped by years of front-line experience supporting others.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys dirt go-karting, building Lego, spending time with her family and pets (which include two dogs, two cats, and some fish), and watching live sports.

Fun Fact: The first time her partner met her, he said she was weird—Rachael likes to think he meant unique.
