Our Crew

Sameena holds a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Pharmacy, and a Diploma in Mental Health. She places a strong emphasis on social justice and believes in providing opportunities for others, which has guided her throughout her career. She began her work in children’s services and intensive family support in regional Queensland and the Northern Territory, before spending the past seven years in the disability sector. Her experience includes roles as a Local Area Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Manager across Support Coordination, Support Services, and Workforce Development. She also works as a lecturer.

Sameena enjoys playing badminton, exploring walking trails through Trails WA, and hosting karaoke nights with friends.

Fun Fact: As a child, Sameena wanted to become a wine connoisseur, but to this day, she has never tasted alcohol.
