Ashley has three years of experience in the disability sector, specialising in community access and short term accommodation. Her background includes working as a support worker, regional manager and onboarding manager.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys staying active and fit, anything related to sport, and exploring the world.

Fun Fact: Ashley was a professional cricketer for six years and retired in 2023.
