Our Crew

Mwaba brings over 10 years of experience across community services, aged care and disability support. She is passionate about empowering participants to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes, and is known for her warm and approachable nature. Mwaba builds strong, collaborative support networks that place participants at the centre of her work. Her favourite mantra is “Empowering every step, connecting every need, championing every voice”.

Mwaba holds a Diploma of Ministry, a Diploma of Communications, and a Diploma in Community Services.

Outside of work, Mwaba enjoys reading, hosting events, mentoring young women, exploring skincare, health and wellness, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves cooking and can easily whip up enough food to feed a small army, as long as someone else is on clean-up duty.

Fun Fact: While most people struggle to carry a coffee without spilling it, Mwaba can dance or climb stairs while balancing items on her head like it’s an Olympic sport.
