Our Crew

Nectaria holds a Bachelor of Border Management and a Certificate III in Government. She has approximately eight years of experience across the human services and disability sectors, including three years within Human Services/Medicare and five years within the disability sector.

Prior to joining Propel Support Group, Nectaria worked at the NDIA before becoming a State Tenancy Manager for a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider. Her experience has predominantly focused on the Home and Living space, working closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, SIL providers and other stakeholders to navigate tenancy, housing and support arrangements. Prior to moving into human services, Nectaria also spent approximately six years working with Quarantine/the Department of Agriculture.

Outside of work, Nectaria enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active and travelling over east to visit family whenever she can.

Fun Fact: Nectaria has a Miniature Schnauzer named Hank who firmly believes he runs the household.
